Reserving your Beef

The Reservation process will put your name on an existing steer currently in the finishing process.
  • Weight: Our general goal is about 1600 pounds on the hoof. That would make the hanging weight around 1050 lbs.
  • Markers: Tail Head cap, the Brisket, the Back Fat, the Flanks, Claws
